Starters
-Mussels cooked in Aspall cider, smoke£ bacon, leeks and cream, served with warm bread

-Ham and pea potato cake, poached egg, pickled baby onion and radish salad and a pea purée

-Rosemary crusted deep fried goats cheese, beetroot purée with a spring onion, celery and honey roasted walnut salad (v)

Mains
-Roast turkey, roast potatoes, sprouts and bacon, Roast carrot, pigs in blankets, apricot and sage sausage meat stuffing and turkey gravy

- Chargrilled pork chop, thyme fondant potato, carrot purée, briased red cabbage with an Aspall cream sauce 

-Pan seared salmon fillet, saffron risotto, tender stem broccoli with a tempura cod cheek

-Chargrilled aubergine, red onion potato cake, green beans, parsnip purée, carrot crisps and a roasted onion gravy (v)

Dessert
-Christmas pudding, brandy cream sauce, orange and Bailey butter

-Salted caramel and dark chocolate torte with vanilla ice cream and shortbread crumb
